At Fred Meyer Roofing, we are very proud to install Malarkey shingles.
When customers ask us what the difference is between shingle manufacturers, my response is, "Some people like Dodge. Some people like Chevy. I like Ford."
Initially when we opened in 2002, we were installing shingles from a well known competitor and we were not happy with how they weathered long term. In order to provide a better customer service, and stand behind ours we needed a new product.
We found the solution in 2018 when Fred discovered Malarkey. He dug into the differences between traditional oxidized asphalt (used in most shingles) and the advanced, polymer-modified asphalt used in Malarkey shingles. What Fred found convinced us: We could actually offer our customers a “Porsche experience” for a Ford price.
We have happily been working with Malarkey products ever since and Fred even became a certified Malarkey Contractor .
